Precision thread work on hats, polos, jackets, bags, FRC and uniforms. Upload your logo β we digitize it, match your brand colors, and stitch it to last. The more you order, the less you pay per piece.
Embroidery Pricing β Per Piece
One flat rate per piece for embroidery on garments you supply or blanks from our catalog. Garment cost is separate. One design, up to 8,000 stitches β larger designs quoted individually. Ordering catalog blanks? The garment price gets an automatic bulk discount at checkout.
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file β paid once, reused forever on every future order. Waived on first orders of 24+ pieces. Buy blanks from our catalog and the garment price drops automatically with quantity at checkout.
Most orders ship in 7β10 business days after you approve your design proof β this covers items we have in stock and garments you supply. If your blanks need to be ordered in from our catalog, add about 3β5 business days for them to arrive (roughly 2β3 weeks total). Large team, crew or uniform runs may need a little more β we'll confirm a firm date with your quote.
β‘ Express 24-Hour β need it tomorrow? Next-day turnaround is available on in-stock items and smaller quantities for a +50% rush fee ($25 minimum), subject to current shop capacity. Check express availability β
We embroider flame-resistant clothing using methods that preserve FR ratings, and handle company uniform programs with per-employee name personalization. Crew pricing follows the bulk tiers above β request a crew quote.
Our Equipment
We run a dual commercial embroidery setup β a Happy Japan and a SmartStitch, both 15-needle. Fifteen needles each means up to 15 thread colors loaded at once with no manual thread changes mid-run, and two machines means we stitch two jobs side by side β faster turnaround on bulk and team orders, plus no downtime if one head is being serviced. Every order is stitched in-house in Angleton.
Japanese-built precision known for clean, consistent stitches. Handles caps, flats, FRC and detailed logos with ease β our go-to for fine lettering and high-stitch-count work.
Our second 15-needle head doubles capacity β so big team, crew and uniform runs ship faster. Runs the same 15-color jobs in parallel for true production throughput.
Multi-color logos stitch in one pass β no stopping to swap thread mid-design.
Two jobs run at once β faster bulk turnaround and no single point of failure.

We're happy to embroider garments and items you supply. Because we did not manufacture or sell these goods, the following terms apply to all customer-provided items:
Stitch at owner's risk. Embroidery is performed on customer-supplied goods at the owner's risk. While we take every reasonable precaution, the process involves a hoop and needle that can occasionally snag, pucker, misalign, or pierce a garment β outcomes that vary with fabric type, weave, stretch, and construction.
Limited liability. Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace or reimburse the retail value of, customer-provided items that are damaged, mismarked, shrunk, discolored, or destroyed during hooping, embroidery, or handling. Our maximum liability for any item is limited to the embroidery service charge for that item.
Bring extras. We recommend supplying 5β10% additional pieces (or at least one spare per design) to cover any production loss. We are not able to source exact replacements for items we did not sell.
Suitability & condition. Some items β thin, delicate, heavily textured, waterproof, or unlined goods β are not well suited to embroidery. We will advise you if we have concerns, but the final decision to proceed is the customer's. Items must be clean, new or laundered, and free of defects when dropped off.
Count & approval. Item counts are verified at drop-off. A sew-out or digital proof is approved by the customer before production; once approved, the customer accepts the design, placement, size, and thread colors as shown.
To avoid this risk entirely, choose blanks from our apparel or hat catalogs β items we supply are covered by our standard production guarantee.
