I am supplying my own items to be decorated by Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC. I understand and agree that:
Stitch/press at owner's risk. Embroidery and heat-press involve hoops, needles, and high heat that can occasionally snag, pucker, scorch, misalign, or pierce an item. Results vary with fabric type, weave, stretch, and construction.
Limited liability. Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace or reimburse the retail value of, customer-provided items damaged, mismarked, shrunk, discolored, or destroyed during hooping, embroidery, printing, pressing, or handling. Maximum liability for any item is limited to the decoration service charge for that item.
No exact replacements. Tinted Tunez cannot source replacements for items it did not sell. I was advised to bring spare pieces.
Suitability. I was advised of any concerns about my items' suitability and chose to proceed. Items were clean and free of defects at drop-off.
Approval. Once I approve the proof/sew-out, I accept the design, placement, size, and colors as shown.
