We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to serve you.
To prepare quotes, fulfill and ship orders, communicate with you about your order, provide support, improve our services, and meet legal or tax obligations.
We share information only as needed to run our business — with suppliers and drop-ship partners that fulfill your order, and with service providers such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, and website/form hosting (e.g., Shopify, Netlify). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
You may request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing apparel@tintedtunez.com. We retain records as needed for orders, warranties, and legal requirements. While we use reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. This site is not directed to children under 13.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided "as is," and Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly. We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always posted here.
Items that are personalized, embroidered, printed (DTF), or otherwise custom-decorated are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are defective or differ from your approved proof. Color, thread, and ink may vary slightly from what you see on screen; minor variation is normal and not a defect.
If a decorated item is defective or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will remake or refund the affected pieces. A small spoilage allowance (industry standard) may apply to large runs.
Unworn, unwashed blanks with tags may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days (restocking fee may apply). Opened or installed products are not returnable and are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty — see Warranties & Disclaimers. Installation labor is non-refundable, and items you supply yourself carry no warranty or refund eligibility through us.
Orders may be cancelled only before production or special-order purchasing begins. To start a return or report an issue, email apparel@tintedtunez.com (apparel/decoration) or audio@tintedtunez.com (audio/install) with your order details.
You are responsible for the rights to your artwork. By submitting any logo, name, image, or design, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce it.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC and its owners and staff from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the artwork you provide, including any claim of copyright, trademark, or right-of-publicity infringement.
We may decline to produce any artwork we reasonably believe infringes another party's rights, or is unlawful, counterfeit, or offensive. You retain ownership of your own artwork; you grant us a limited license to reproduce it as needed to fulfill your order and — unless you opt out (see Photo & Media Release) — to display samples of completed work for marketing. Stitch (digitized) and print files we create to produce your order remain our property and may be reused for your reorders.
We love showing off our work. By default, Tinted Tunez may photograph or video completed projects — including decorated apparel, vehicles, audio/lighting installs, and custom builds — and use those images on our website, social media, gallery, and other marketing. We do not publish your personal contact information, and we make reasonable efforts to avoid showing license plates.
Don't want your project featured? Just tell us in writing (or note it on your order/drop-off form) before pickup or delivery, and we'll keep it private.
Please pick up your vehicle or items promptly once we notify you that your order is complete.
