By submitting, I agree that items I supply are decorated at my own risk. Embroidery and heat-press use hoops, needles, and high heat that can occasionally snag, pucker, scorch, misalign, or pierce an item. Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC is not responsible for and will not replace or reimburse the retail value of customer-provided items damaged during handling, hooping, embroidery, printing, or pressing — maximum liability is limited to the decoration charge for that item. No exact replacements can be sourced for items we did not sell (bring 5–10% spares). My items are clean and free of defects, and once I approve the proof/sew-out I accept the design, placement, size, and colors as shown. Read the full policy →
