Window Tint Install Authorization

Window Tint Agreement & Liability
By signing, I authorize Tinted Tunez Customz, LLC to install window film on my vehicle as described above, and I agree that:
  • Texas tint law. Front side windows must allow more than 25% of light through (25% VLT or lighter), and windshield film is allowed only above the AS-1 line (top ~5"). I am responsible for choosing a legal darkness. If I request film darker or more reflective than Texas law permits, I do so at my own risk and accept full responsibility for any citations or compliance issues — Tinted Tunez installs to my signed request.
  • Curing. Tinted windows must stay rolled up for 3–5 days. Water pockets, haze, small bubbles, or a cloudy look are normal while the film cures and clear as it dries. I will not clean the inside of the glass for several days.
  • Pre-existing conditions. Tinted Tunez is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, cracks, defroster lines, or factory defects, and film can make existing defects more visible. Tinting old, defective, or previously-tinted glass is at my own risk.
  • Imperfections. Tiny dust particles or minor imperfections can occur despite careful prep and are not considered defects.
  • Old tint removal, if needed, is billed separately.
  • Warranty. Film we supply and install is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and excessive fading (terms vary by film). Tinted Tunez warrants its installation workmanship for 30 days.
  • I have reviewed and approved the film, darkness level, windows, and price before work begins.
